Employer Rewards

Goal

Rally Health platform is providing personalized, data-driven information and recommendations for users that can help improve outcomes and decrease costs for everyone. Rally’s Health Solutions help members set personalized daily goals, gives recommendations, and incentivizes progress with rewards. It makes health benefits easy to understand and care easy to find on the computer or the Rally app. More than 20 million consumers currently have access to the Rally platform. Employer sponsored rewards are activities that are provided by the employer to their employees. The purpose of employer sponsored rewards is to motivate employees to stay healthier. That way employer is providing rewards (gift card dollars and coins) for activities completion. The navigation of sponsored rewards has been confusing and instructions for successful completion were not helping users to successfully complete activities. Thus, we started receiving many support calling with complaints. Our goal in this project was to improve the navigation, increase conversion and reduce amount of support calls.
